LeadingAgile Website Redesign
Hey everyone… not sure how many of you actually visit our site vs. keeping up with RSS… but if you’ve had a chance to visit leadingagile.com in the last few weeks, you’ll notice some pretty significant changes. This is the third major revision since I started the blog 8 years ago… and really the first time we’ve had anything professionally done that could reasonably be considered a full-blown company website.
Due to my schedule over the past year… it has taken forever to get this first cut out. We definitely did not eat our own dogfood. This was not an agile exercise and definitely not iterative and incremental… but that is about to change. We’ve got sections built into the site for all our major framework stuff, what we offer as a company, who we have on board, and of course… our blog and other thought pieces.
My intent is to start spending some time filling in the blanks and hardening up what’s already there. If you’re interested in this kind of stuff, please take a look and let me know what you think. Your feedback is welcome. We are learning by doing and our approach to transformation is evolving so fast it’s difficult to keep up. It’s even hard to keep everyone on the team up to speed with how things are evolving.
