For Better Results—Change How You Approach Change

Reading: For Better Results—Change How You Approach Change

If we want different business results—and we want them to last—we have to approach change differently.

Staying in alignment with our constantly changing customers and markets isn’t a one and done move—its a process of constant adaptation.

There are three factors to center this new way of thinking around:

  • Aligning our markets and customers to our systems, teams and capabilities.

  • Accelerating the impact of our change and producing results faster.

  • Adapting constantly to align and accelerate so we can prove the results of the alignment.

We must align our markets and customers to our systems, teams, and capabilities. But markets and customers are always going to change. Thus, our capabilities will also always need to adapt and change.

This leaves us constantly out of alignment.

So the work to tackle this constant misalignment is continuous adaptation, now and into the future.
