As the Training and Operations Coordinator, Tricia has primary responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and proper coding of all revenue generating reimbursable expenses. She is also the primary contact for handling all logistics relating to public and private CSM and CSPO training for LeadingAgile.

Prior to joining LeadingAgile, Tricia spent 17 years within health operations management with responsibilities for quality assurance, auditing records, and ensuring accurate billing and coding of medical bills.
