Allan Mills has over 28 years of professional project, portfolio, Lean-Agile management experience, with a track record of delivering client results, and helping teams work together to produce results in an iterative, collaborative way. Allan is dedicated to helping the PMO and other project management organizations integrate traditional and Lean-Agile program and portfolio practices.
He has experience across large and small companies in finance/banking, insurance, IT, government and non-profit industries. Allan holds a master’s degree in Project Management from the Western Carolina University. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC).
