Chief Talent Officer / Chief of Staff

While Kristin started her career on Wall Street, she transitioned into a 15-year Management Consultant focused on pre- and post-merger integrations. After her MBA, she started a women-owned boutique consultancy to help private equity firms structure their portfolio companies for sale. Kristin joins LeadingAgile as the Chief of Staff and Chief Talent Officer.

Kristin attained her undergrad at Baruch, post-grad at NYU, and MBA from Cornell as a distinguished Park Fellow. Kristin lives on the east coast with her two dogs and family.
