Early in my career with Sodexo, a global food services, software, and facilities management company, I worked with front line and regional operational teams inspiring top performance and creating superb customer experiences. Together, we solved problems, improved profitability, grew revenue, relentlessly pursued higher levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.
Progressing into strategic executive roles, I applied my P&L experience to help multiple divisions execute enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, digital transformation and scale new ways of working from a people, process and systems perspective.
Today, I intuitively help executives as a trusted business advisor, asking the right questions to identify issues, pain points, opportunities and help build roadmaps for success.
