Transformation Lead

Are you ready to become a catalyst for change inside some of the largest organizations in the world? Change that will impact the way they do business forever?

If so, then becoming a Transformation Lead at LeadingAgile might be the right move for you.

In this role, you’ll partner with and work alongside our clients’ C-Suites to create innovative and customized solutions to meet their business needs through the application of Agile.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll engage client leadership to assess their challenges. You’ll co-create the vision plan. You’ll craft an actionable roadmap to deliver the Transformation. You’ll develop benefits cases and methods to show progress along our clients’ Transformation journeys. And you’ll ensure that everyone is clear on the strategy and has what they need to execute at the highest level.

Prior experience in an executive or Agile leadership role and a strong change management point of view are a plus, but not required.
