What is the Agile Coaches Clinic?
One of the coolest offerings at the Agile Conference each year is the Agile Coaches Clinic. The Clinic is sponsored by the Scrum Alliance and staffed primarily with Certified Agile Coaches and Trainers who provide free (no sales) Agile Coaching to interested conference attendees.
For the past several years, Roger Brown has led the clinic. Roger stopped by to share an update about some of the amazing work being done at Agile 2016. At the time of our interview, 170 conference attendees had already received free coaching. By the end of the week, they expected over 200 attendees would receive their coaching check-up.
During our interview, Roger gave an update on emerging trends in terms of what types of assistance people are asking for in the clinic.
Roger is an independent Agile coach. You can learn more about him by checking out Agile Crossing.
